Our 30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not, you can return most new, unused items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund to your original payment method.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- New, unused, and not installed, with no signs of wear, fluids, or modification
- In the original, undamaged packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories
- Sent with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
Non-Returnable Items
- Parts that have been installed, used, modified, or run
- Electrical components and electronics with opened packaging (unless defective)
- Special-order or custom-built items, clearly labeled on the product page
- Clearance items marked “Final Sale”
- Gift cards
Vehicles
Vehicles (UTVs, ATVs, golf carts, and go karts) may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unregistered, and in their original condition and crating. The customer pays return freight, and a restocking fee applies (see below).
How to Start a Return
- Email info@PartVelocity.com or call +1 865-269-4487 with your order number and the items you want to return.
- We will email your RMA number and return instructions within 1 business day.
- Pack the item securely, write the RMA number on the outside of the box, and ship it to:

Returns sent without an RMA number may be delayed or refused.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns that are not due to our error, the customer pays return shipping. Returns that are defective, damaged in transit, or wrong items sent by us are shipped back at our cost, and we will email you a prepaid return label.
Restocking Fee
Non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No restocking fee applies to defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Refunds
Once your return arrives, we inspect it within 2 business days and email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may need extra time to post the credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
