Cancelling an Order

You can cancel your order at any time before it ships for a full refund. To cancel, call +1 865-269-4487 or email info@PartVelocity.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will email to confirm your cancellation.

Parts, Tools & Accessories

Because in-stock parts often ship within 1–2 business days, please contact us quickly. If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you can return it under our Return & Refund Policy.

Vehicles, Engines & Freight Orders

• Before freight is booked: full refund, no fees.
• After freight is booked but before pickup: full refund minus any non-refundable carrier booking charges, which we will show you before processing.
• After the shipment is picked up: the order can no longer be cancelled and is handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

Special-Order & Custom Items

Special-order and custom-built items (clearly labeled on the product page) can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, a 15% cancellation fee may apply if the item has already been ordered from the manufacturer.

Refund Timing

Refunds for cancelled orders are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of the cancellation being confirmed.

Cancellations by Part Velocity

We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if there was a pricing or listing error, or if we cannot verify payment. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund and an email explaining why.
