3. Products & Descriptions

We work to describe products, specifications, fitment, and images accurately. Colors and finishes may vary slightly from photos. If a product is not as described, your remedy is to return it under our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Pricing & Availability

All prices are in U.S. Dollars. Prices and availability can change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before shipping and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Orders & Payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship the item. Payment is charged when you place your order. See Payment Methods & Security.

6. Shipping, Title & Risk of Loss

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the item is delivered to your shipping address.

8. Vehicle & Product Safety

Off-road vehicles, go karts, and performance parts can be dangerous if misused. Always read and follow the owner’s manual and installation instructions, wear proper safety gear, follow federal, state, and local laws, and follow manufacturer age recommendations. Unless clearly stated, vehicles we sell are not street legal. Professional installation is recommended for engines and performance parts.

9. Emissions Compliance

Some performance parts are intended for off-road or competition use only and may not be legal for use on pollution-controlled vehicles operated on public roads, including in California. You are responsible for making sure your use of any product complies with applicable emissions laws.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, belongs to Part Velocity or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Part Velocity is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Rutherford County, Tennessee.
