1-Year Limited Warranty
Part Velocity warrants that new products purchased from us will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the date of delivery to the original purchaser. If a product’s manufacturer offers a longer warranty, that manufacturer warranty also applies, and we will help you file the claim.
What We Will Do
If a covered product fails during the warranty period, we will, at our option, repair it, replace it with the same or an equivalent item, or refund the purchase price. For approved claims, we pay to ship the replacement part to you and provide a prepaid label if the defective item must be returned for inspection.
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear items such as tires, brake pads, belts, filters, spark plugs, bulbs, clutches, and fluids
- Damage from improper installation, incorrect fitment, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions
- Racing, competition, or use beyond the product’s rated capacity
- Products that have been modified, disassembled, or repaired by someone other than an authorized service provider
- Accidents, collisions, abuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, flooding, or fire
- Cosmetic issues such as scratches, fading, or surface rust that do not affect function
- Labor, towing, rental, transport, or downtime costs
- Used, refurbished, or clearance items sold “as-is”
